Kylie Gauci is from New South Wales. She plays for the Australian women's national wheelchair basketball team. She first started playing the sport in 1997. She got the call up to the national team in 2001. She competed at the 2004 Summer Paralympics and the 2008 Summer Paralympics, where she won a silver and bronze medal respectively. She was honoured by being named to the World All Star 5 at the World Championhips in Amsterdam in 2006. She plays club wheelchair basketball in the men's National Wheelchair Basketball League for the Wenty WheelKings.[1]
In 2008 and 2009, she was the Australian Paralympic Committee's New South Wales Assistant.[2]
In October 2011, she was named as part of the senior national squad that would compete at the Paralympic qualifying tournament for the 2012 Summer Paralympics.[3]
